Beautiful House!

My family was expecting a nice house and what we got in return was unbelieveable!

This is a beautiful house that the owner takes a tremendous amount of pride in. They make sure that you have all of the amenities and the comfort that my family has been looking for in a beach house for years.

We have been coming to PCB for over 30 years and I have never found a vacation house as awesome as this one!

If you do not rent this house for your vacation it is your loss!

Beautiful home

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and had an easy access to the beach. The pool was a bonus to be able to use and enjoy when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. Neighbors who live there permanently were nice & welcoming. We had all the supplies and appliances to use at our fingertips, as well as a beach wagon, chairs & umbrellas. It was nice not having to pack our personal ones to bring. The only negatives I could say is that I’ve never rented a home where I had to wash and dry the bedding and towels before leaving. I’ve only had to gather said items and leave them in a pile for the cleaning crew. I also recommend having more bath towels and washcloths to use per bathroom. All in all, I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Best house ever!

This was the best rental property I have ever stayed in! The house was absolutely beautiful. They thought of everything! Beds were extremely comfortable. They left no stone unturned. This was an amazing stay! I will definitely be back

Best week of 2020!

We really enjoy our stay! We always stay at Calypso when we visit PCB, but Mitch and Tonya’s condo is the best one yet! All the little extras really set their condo apart From the top notch comfortable beach decor to the plethora of hooks conveniently placed just where they are needed, and all the provided essentials like the fabulous beach towels, beach chair service, hand soaps and coffee options. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for helping us make this the best week of 2020!

Fantastic Property!

This is an amazing property. Gorgeous home with all the amenities. Super location. Sunsets from the balconies are amazing. Fun restaurants close by and you can catch the trolley across the street to Pier Park for a little shopping and more restaurants. The owners really paid attention to details to make sure you would have everything you needed in this home for your home away from home vacation. Super clean and tastefully decorated. We loved working with the owners, Mitch and Tonya and will definitely be back. We had some rainy weather but there were plenty of things to do in Panama City Beach to occupy our time. This is one of the best beach rentals we have ever had. We would highly recommend this property.
